Our Encounter
The first thing we encountered when contacting the customer service team was a message saying the average customer wait time was more than 5 minutes. We expected this was a mistake, but unfortunately, we waited the 5 minutes. After the delay, we asked the customer service representative questions regarding booking flights with passengers with particular dietary needs.
The agent described the airline could adapt request to restrict allergy-established products, but cannot guarantee the food products brought on board by other passengers.
