Our Experience
We called later in the week and finally reached the customer service section. After waiting on hold for more than 15 minutes, we reached a live representative. We asked if customers could insure their gear. The representative walked us through the procedure and ended the call. Although the customer service section answered our concern, reaching a live representative was a bit taxing.
