Our Encounter
When we contacted the customer service section, we faced a strong warning regarding the use of the automated system. Unless you or other customers are policy holders of AIG, you could potentially be breaking state of national laws. Considering we are policyholders, we proceeded. We requested the customer service broker if the company provides payment assistance programs for customers who fall on rough financial times.
